Create a script to do tasks in WindChill

For example, here is something little that I would like to learn how to create.


Where is the Update Latest at Released button when using WindChill in a workspace?


Here's how it would work.


In a workspace you notice that a part is at create, and you would like to update it to the latest at released... (maybe you considered a change and learned it was not a great idea).


To update we now do this:

1. 
   <LI>Locate the object(s) in the workspace and remove them.</LI>
   <LI>Locate the objects(s) in the Product Folder (commonspace) and find the latest at released.</LI>
   <LI>Download to workspace, and watch Pro/E-Creo ask if it's ok to update these objects in the current secssion (if open).</LI>

The desired method:

1. 
   <LI>Look in your workspace, click the action item on the parts you want updated to latest at released.</LI>
   <LI>Edit / Update Latest at Released (or it could be under tools or maybe it's own little button in the Actions)</LI>

My system admins don't seem to have an answer, how do I go about creating this for myself?


Any advice good or bad will be considered...
