converting iges file to .ibl or .dat file

Hi Everyone,

Any suggestion on how i can convert an iges file to a .ibl file or .pts or to a .dat file in Pro/Engineer. I need to read in the data points to generate the profile of say a model. What should i do when i have just the iges file of the model.
