Conical End Mill with Spiral Flutes

Hi All,
For one of customized application, I need to draw a 3d CAD geometry of Conical Ball End Mill with Spiral Flutes. The height of flutes should decrease from base of the cone to the ball tip of the cone gradually as shown below. Any Idea, how to draw this geometry in Pro Engineer???.
