Config Option for Component Operation/Cut Out Result to be NOT dependent?

I need to a LOT of these cuts as I increment dimensions to get progressive cutting. I am trying to use a mapkey but the cut out feature has a default of dependent which is NOT what I need.

I cannot find a config option to make the default not dependent. Having to this manually is very time consuming

Is there a confog option to uncheck the box under the options tab when redefining the "cut out" feature?

If you are just incrementing dimensions why not make a pattern?
