combining curves on diff planes

Can you combine 2 sketched curves on different planes? I have 2 curves (see pic) that touch but are on different planes. I want to combine them and put a radius where they meet. Is this possible?

You need to make a composite curve to combine them (copy-
paste). As for the "radius", because the "radius" wouldn't
be planer, I'm not sure it really would be a radius. you
could create a datum curve, through points, tangent to each
curve and get something very close.
