Does anyone have any idea why when I pick a "csys" when pro outputs the cl It puts in a X, Y.

90% of the time with my post this is not an issue. If you change "free feed" to a feed rate it will output these as a move in my gcode.

I can't seem to get anything out of the ordinary. Is it Pro/e outputting the "XY" point, or is it your post doing it?

cncwiz.

This will occurr when the machine coordinate is diiferent than the ncseq coordinate if coordinate_output in the parameters is set to ncsequence. Cldata will show a trans in $$-> and all the xyz will be relocated to ncsequence coordinate system.

Dave,

I did not see this as an issue in 2001? I sent the cl to Ogen and am having him look at it. The problem I have is if I use it the post thru my milt_4x it will output this in the main program. As you know he strips the x and y from the subroutine so it will drill in the wrong place. I would biuld a custom cycle or try to use goto points but I know only goto points will not make a tool path.

cncwiz,

I would add a couple of goto points that are in the same place as the ones that get stripped. Just repeat the locations. The post strips the first occurance so the second and or third point locations should be output. Allowing for theuse of cycles. Not sure if the cldata has changed. I'll have to output a cldata file created in Pro2001 and then again through Wildfire to determine the differance.
