Still not surehow to edit thehatch in a zone section, but the only way to show a shaded section view on a drawing is after you created the zone section, you need to go into the view properties under section and select 3d section and then you can change it to shaded.

When creating a 3D cross section (zone) in Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0, it is not possible to modify the properties of the cross section, including: spacing, angle, offset, line style or components excluded. Modification is not available in both part and drawing modes
