Cannot regainFloating license

Hi all,


My proE was inactive from yesterday evening, and today morning i got the message


In the message area "lost Mechanism design license, select save or exit or retry"


and the window appears "license is lost , save, exit or retry".


But the problem is when i hit save or retry , it is not working, it is not regaining the network floating licenses even though licenses are available..


The mechanism design license is clubbed to ProE foundation and also to ProE Foundation advantage floating license.


When I hit ptcstatus, the mechanism design module license is not free..but I have free ProE foundation and foundation advantage licenses free..


Why ProE is not fetching me the license?


Is it looking for the Mechanism Design license also?


I remember, when I started this session, I got the mechanism design license..


Is this due to the improper cofiguration(Mech design module clubbed to Foundation / Foundation adv)?


we have only 5 mech design module license, but we have 19 foundation and 5 foundation advantage licenses..


This problem is occuring to other colleagues also..it may become serious..
