Bore holes on a tapered cylindrical part

I've been scratching my head with this all day and am in need of help. I need to figure out a way in Solidworks to bore large hole around already existing hole on a tapered cylindrical part in order to seat O-rings. I have made several attemps at this but cannot figure out a way to get the hole to conform to the rounded shape and the tapered angle to get the O-ring to seat at a level depth along the taper. Does anyone know how I could do this. I know that it would be incredible hard to machine (need a 4-axis machine) but how do I solve the issue in Solidworks to atleast get it drawn up?
