BOM balloons

I have created balloons referring to one repeat region. Now I want to replace that repeat region with the another one such that ballons remain as it is. is it possible? I am using WF2.0.

Thanks in advance.
 
Once you delete/replace a Repeat Region, there is no way to maintain the BOM Balloons. They will be lost
