We are running creo without a PDM. As of now when we create a new folder to save work in we have to modify the search.pro with this path. Any body think of a way to auotmate this procedure? Batch file or something???

Yes you can use a bat script, if you have all folders
under same topfolder:

Dir /ad /b /s >search.pro
