first remove the arrowheads and leader lines. Basically delete everything except for the view to import. Put the x,y where you want the 2d model to correspond in Pro/E model.
There is also a free plugin (provided you have maintenance) that will convert a orthographic views into a 3d part. I have never actually used it but did look into it. Most parts seem to be just as easy to model from scratch and have a better model.
