Annoying information window

Is their a config.pro setting or any other setting with Pro/E to not display this annoying information pop-up window? Using Wildfire 4 (M150).

It's not a problem about the config file, about you model,
maybe there are something wrong, take care to check your
model.

I know that their is suppressed features in the assembly model. The core model has some flexible components that get resumed and suppressed depending on the core setup required. Wildfire 3 didn't have this information window, but after transitioning to Wildfire 4, it now pops-up when you do a regen. Just want to know if there is a config setting to run like Wildfire 3 with these suppressed flexible components.
