Animation Transparency Doesn’t Work

My animation works perfect, including changing views and moving parts and zooming in and out. But during this process, a few chassis walls are supposed to go transparent so I can see the inner working mechanism.


Theparts that I set to go 75% transparent at X.XX timenever change. They justremain the same as they started. What gives???

gradual transparency is enabled in my model setup, evident by the fact that some of my pre-set transparent parts are showing up transparent.


i have also set animation to interpolate transparencies. i tried it the other way, and still nothign happened.
