Aligning sketches

I'm trying to align 2 sketches, one that I drew, and the other is imported from a DWG file using the wizard, using the techniqe given:


I hold ctrl key and select 2 points on different sketches, then press the align sketch tool and nothing happens.

Have resolved the problem, have to create sketch from entyties.


But how can I select the whole sketch at once, without having to select each item separatelly?
