Does any body know how to create a Aligned XSection,
Can anybody tell me What is meant by "All lines in cross section must intersect axis"??
or
How to intersect all lines in Cross-Section with AxisAligned XSectionAligned XSectionAligned XSection

In model you must create xsection. Use offset or planar(first you must create datum plane)option.

In drawing use: insert-drawing view-auxilary and pick edge or axis or datum plane or surface on which is this drawing viewperpendicular.

Good luck!

To create an aligned cross section, you must first create an offset section cut in your part. Aligned cross sections are views where a cylindrical part is sectioned with an offset section cut and unfolded around the axis of that cut to appear flat. When you create the offset section cut, the sketch lines must intersect at an axis that is in the center of the part. This is what Pro wants when it warns you that all cross section lines must pass through an axis. An axis anywhere but the center of the part will not work.

When you create the drawing view, start with a regular 2D cross section, choose Full(aligned) for the Sectioned Area and select that central axis I've been talking about as the Reference. Select a parent view to display the arrows and Pro will create your aligned cross section.
