A couple of ModelCheck ?

I have a parameter that I would like to evaluate (if it is = to a specified value
then I need it to look at another parameter and see if that value is above a specific value.) I also need to know if I can have model check delete a specific parameter. If you know the answer's to either of these and can explain how it would be greatly appreciated
