Does anybody know how to use PROE for wire cut, please show me how to do this, may be the basic step, i will try study more. Thanks very much !! Edited by: phucxoxo
I would do like appinmi said and program it as an endmill with the wire diameter as the cutter diameter. You may have to specify some special codes per your machine programmers guide, but that should be minimal.
your reply is helpful for me, I also think the same, wire cut is quite same milling, i try to use trajectory mill with the wire diameter, and it's ok, but i have to repair manually some in the *.tap file. thanks again for your helping.
