Winch and rope

I have made one crane.
here you can see the model

I want to place a winch at the carriage and a rope wrapped around it. The rope goes to the head of the crane where it passes a drum and a load will hang from the rope end.When you roll the winch the load should come up or down.

Can anyone suggest how to do that.

I have made this small assembly to learn the belt assembly from Solid Works help.
But in this assembly I can not rotate the pulleys. Can you tell me what relation i need to give between pulleys and belt so that when I rotate one pulley other also rotate automatically.

And also when I click the "Component Property" of any part in the assembly,in the "Solve as" Rigid and Flexible options are freeze. Can any one tell me how to solve this problem.

I am using Solid Works 2006 Student Edition.
