WF3 - Looking to avoid fixture clamps

I am attempting to create a Mill path, utilizing a Mill Window and Volume milling to facemill an odd shaped part. I need the cutter path to avoid two fixture clamps, while milling the part surface. Has anyone figured a way to do this? Or am I going about it in the wrong way? I am a newbie on the NC side of Pro.

I usually use 1 of 2 ways to do this.


The first is to just model the fixture so pro/man will avoid it.


The 2nd is to use a window to contain your cutter path. Since you are face milling, you might have to customize the cut and either eliminate slices or to a to-from on your depth.

You could create a "mill volume" or a "mill surface" that would avoid the clamps.
