Vericut simulation

ruben_lora

New member
Hi, Im new in Pro/NC and I have run a very few vericut simulations, but now when I pick Tools > NC Check it says:

"WARNING: Please apply the steps before launching the Vericut simulation."

I have already set up a milling operation with STEP_DEPTH and STEP_OVER if that is what it means by "the steps". I get stock there, if some one of you guys can give me an advice I will appreciated cause I really NEED IT.

THANKS!

Hi,

Check out the screen play,If you can see the working in screen play the you will be able to see it in Vericut. But if you are not able to see the toolpath in screen play then you have missed something.

ruben_lora - <br style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">Sounds like you built the sequences with the Process Manager. If that's the case, you do in fact need to apply the steps. I think PTC changed the menu with respect to that funcion, so what you need to do (from inside the Process Manager) is to select

Features > Create Mfg Features for All Steps.

That will actually create the sequences, and allow you to preview them with Vericut.
