Unable to Launch Pro/E thru Intralink

I have installed Pro Intralink 3.4 M062 and Wildfire 4.0 M220. When I attempt to open Pro/E from Intralink I receive the usual dialog box telling me to wait but Pro/E never opens. However, when I open Pro/E from the desktop shortcut it opens instantly with no issues other than being unable to access my workspaces. I would like to be able to open thru Intralink so that I can access the workspace.

Any suggestions?
