unable to dimension views

Hi,


For some unknown reason i can no longer dimension drawings unless the views are set to hidden line.. If it is set to wire frame or no hidden i cant pick lines for dimensioning

.. this is extremly annoying.. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know of a solution ?


I am using pro 2001

<H1 =whs1 align=left>This may not work in 2001, but i had a problem like what you have discribed in wildfire. Somehow I had change the default setting on this command. I rebooted wildfire and it corrected the problem.</H1>
