Toolkit error

hi all,
I have an application developed in Pro/toolkit (C code) . DLL has been created , when I register the DLL on th auxiallary applications->register

i get the below error

Foreign program "test" failed to initialize: error PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR

Now we are using the Wildfire4.0 . So, I recompiled the code developed for Wildfire3.0

could anyone help on this?

Is the message file in the proper location? Did you unlock the DLL or did you attach the Pro/TOOLKIT license extension to your Pro/ENGINEER license? Look in the protk.dat file.

Are you sure, that the application found the text files ?
Verify your protk.dat

Behaps the problem is an UNICODE problem. Try ti add this line in protk.dat :






unicode_encoding FALSE
