system parameters for material....

Does anyone know what the system parameter for material is? that is when you

assign a material to the part using set-up>material>assign .

I want to have the drawing automatically fill in based upon what is assigned

in set-up.

OR is there a way to add another item to the material MAT file, i.e. can I

add a line called name=steel. Using a text editor I can add this to the MAT

file however Pro doesn't reconize it or sees it when I try to set a relation

material=material_param(name).

It doesn't matter, you can add any parameter for material but you should implement the same parameter in drawings (e.g. BOM Table).
