Sweep Protrusion through curve.

Hello all,

Is there a way to create a Sweep/Protrusion through a Curve that was created through Points?

I creted the Curve through points and I selected theTrajectory as my Trajectory to Sweep along it.

I get this message "Specified trajectory not valid. Please reselect."

Is there a way around it?

Mind you, I did not , yet, specified the section of the Sweep.

TIA,

Michael

In release 2001 and all releases before that, a 3D sweep can't use a curve through points. I'm not sure about WF 1.0 (apparently not, judging by your question) but in WF 2.0, I've been doing it. Try using a swept blend or variable section sweep instead.

Hello all,

I "solved" it. I used a Swept Blend which allowed me to pick the datum curve as mgnt8 suggested.

Thanks.
