stretch/skew drawing entities

Does anyone know how to stretch a series of dwg entities in 1D only? I would like to do this on a graph (either symbol or free entities), where I stretch the entire graph to make it EITHER taller or shorter but not both simultaneously.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />


Apparently the stretch command cannot handle a series of horizontal and perpendicular lines at the same time!?!

In WF2 the stretch command workson a series of either horizontal or verticle sketched lines, maybe if you can elaborate on the steps your are taking we can help you resolve your problem.
