Strange colors/shading in WF3 vs. WF2

I just installed WF3 on my machine yesterday and have been playing with it on an extra workstation for the last couple of days. I have a black background for my drawings, and when I open a drawing in WF3 it seems to be kind of grayed out or hazing looking instead of jet black. The other workstation has the extra same monitor, and they are setup exactly the same as far as brightness, contrast, etc. I still have WF2 installed and the background on it is still jet black. Any ideas?

Thanks

Nevermind, it was just that WF3 wasn't seeing my syscol.scl file and it was added a percentage of color to the background instead of 000 for the RGB. Sorry for the stupidity.
