Straight thread on conical surface?

Somewhere in WF3 or 4 PTC changed the behavoiur of cosmetic threads.
If modeled on a conical surface the thread becomes conical. Before it wasnt possible to apply a conical thread by using cosmetic thread so I guess this is an improvement.

However, now I want to put a straight thread on a conical surface but cant figure out how to change it.


Anybody that knows?
 
Thanks, not that often I need this so a "cheat" would be ok.


Its interesting though, make a straight hole and put a thread in it and then make the hole conic.If youthen edit definintion on the thread pro/e will ask if you want to keep a straight thread or convert it to conical.You should have the optionto do it both ways.

I see. Then, you are talking about a minimum drafttaper in the hole. Let the computer do what it wants as to the cosmetic thread. Call out what you want for the tap size. Done.
