Startup of application failed

Hello people,


Having a problem when loading Pro/E it comes with an error saying:


Startup of application "3DxProENGINEER"failed.


but it does allow me to Ok this to enter the program.


Is there any way of stopping this from loading as it is probably adding an extra 10 sec to loading time.View attachment 2587


Thanks in advance for any help.
