Start part parameters and prompts

I hope someone else has run into this issue and can help with this problem. If I take my start part and add several parameters to it in a particular order, why does it not show or prompt mefor those parameters in that order when I start a new part? When I create a new part, the parameters show up in a very different order with no rhyme or reason. However, if I go ahead and create the part and then access

Use inputs Pro/Program. They will always come up in the same fashion.


Also, by doing this you can control if certain things show up or not.
