Proe comes with a default start model, but you can change it to anything that you want.
To do this create a new part, with no template. Create the features that you want each new part to start with, default datum planes, cdrs, layer definitions, parameters, etc. When finished, save this file in a folder such as "C:\proe\templates", and name it something like "start_part.prt.1". You can also create a "start assy", save it in the same folder, and name it something like "start_assy.asm.1".
