how to create the modeling of simple spring but its two ends are like hook & opposite to each other.

for ex. two whillers side or middle stand spring.
 
create the helical profile by sweep or ny eq create a datum curve for hook profile.now make a swept blend to optain the required profile
 
Draw a curve as helical spring using equation. Then create a point at the 'vertex' of the curve followed by a few more points as required. Then draw another curve using Thro Points from the end of the curve. Redefine the additional end curve and fix the TANGENCY at the end where it connects to the equation curve. Then use swept blend.
