Spindle Speed/postprocessor

Is it possible to be able to post a spindle speed greater than 4 digits? If I have any NC sequence with a spindle above 9999 rpm, the post truncates it to 4 digits. For example, if I have a spindle speed of 12000, the posted g-code will be only 2000; I loose the (1). If I have 20,000 rpm, it will post to 0000 rpm...

Thanks in advance.

First, you must set the "S" word to have 5 or more digits left of the decimal point. To do this, openthe "Option File Generator", then open your post. Select "File Formats", then "MCD file". Now select the "S" and change the number of digits left of the decimal point

Second, while still in the Option File Generator, select "Machine Codes", then "Spindle". Select the tab "Direct RPM Speeds" and change the maximum RPM value.

Save the file before exiting. You should now have no problem.
