how can i abort a sketch no finalized for a function to continue in other moments without disappearing the sketch?

Save the sketch prior to exiting Sketcher. Even if you don't save the sketch will be maintained in session for reuse.
 
or ... Create a solid curve, a line, circle, rectangle ...anything that will work within the context of the function the sketch is for. You can place it away from any Solid model geometry so it doesn't have to interact with existing geometry,calc anyboolean intersections. Put sketch points on any Reference entites you don't want to disappear before you get back to it.
 
I use this method too especially if I have just created some complicated datums-on-the-fly in order to get to my sketch.


The above method is also use ful for reordering features in the model tree, when the feature has parents but you want to reorder before the parents for whatever reason and don't want to delete the feature (may be in a family table say).


If there's something logical you want to do in Pro/E I can guarantee there will be a way to do it.
