sketch picture ?

I am adding a picture to my sketch and the original image size is 7.073x2.56 as measured in photoshop and 400dpi. When I add this image to my sketch in Solid Works (SW2004), it increases the image size by a factor of about 8 (7.87 actual) so that now the picture is 55.669x20.157.


Why does SW do this?

I bet the default resolution for importing pictures is at about 50 dpi or 72 and it resizes them to this,
