Sheetmetal unbend issue in punch

I have an issue with punchin proe wildfire 2


In this special part, I made a special punch (is like the classic KO tools,changing thickness around of the punch).


The issue is when I unbend the part, this punch didn't attach in the face of the model.


anyone can help me?

It is a nice exercise. I am trying, trying.......but still can't get the shape as yours

. The outer ring is still fail to form. Reference is inside attached.
