Setting "Working directory" over network

I want to know if l can set my "Working directory"to another machine/server? I'm currently working from a local install for ProE (proE and config etc.) but would like to access my cad files over the network from another machine. When l try and set my "Set Working Directory" the option is not available? If l open these files, what will happen every time l go and save those parts?

Accessing through network & setting as working directory is possible. Specify the networkpath by mapping in any drive. Then set working directory.
