Sequence numbers

Hello everybody.


I'm a CAM worker and trying to set up my own post-processor. I have this problem: even if I set max sequence number up to 1000000000 and more, what I get is that block N9999 is followed by block N0. I think it's a problem of block format, because I just have5 charachters for sequence numbers.


Can anyone help me to overcome this problem?

Did you set the registers for number of digits to greater than 4 in Gpost under File Fromats/MCD File/Sequence Number? No matter what you put for in Sequence Numbers Parameters, Gpost will only output the maximum number of places set for the N register.

As Bob has said in his post, here's what you do - make sure that you set the Before Decimal values at 9 (max. allowed):
