save render settings ?

I have been playing around a bit with the render module and achieved acceptable results. One thing is strange however : closing down a file and reopening leads to all settingsbeing lost, both for parts as for assemblies. I can keep part colour but texture, bump, lights and so on are gone.


I've looked through help for "save settings" but nothing seems to be there. Am I overlooking something or is this the way it works ?

The settings for the lights and rooms are saved in separate files. If, when in the light editor choose File>Save. It's the same for the room settings too. When you open you model again, just choose File>open in both the light and room editors.
