Rope Lifting

Hi Guys,

Here am attaching the picture of simple rope mechanism,

1. Pulley "A" is fixed at point & guide the rope

2. Arm "B" will rotate at anti clock wise about shaft center

3. Weight "C" lifting by ropes because Arm B is pulling the rope while rotating.

So i need this mechanism with Pro-e Dynamic drag tool (or) by using any
servo motors (or) any connection is there to lift the weight by rope



Please give me any suggestion to lift the "C" while Arm "B" is rotaing
