Rib

Previous I was referring to something like below, to make a plane at an angle, sketch the rib on that plane, pattern the plane and then pattern the rib with reference option (this is OK but you will end with a lot of planes):

But you can do this better with a pattern using the axis of revolution. You sketch on whatever plane and use the axis to pattern.

well it is common pattern rib problem in pro\e(I do not know if it is solved in WF3)

it will appear all the time when you will have a reference like in your screens- two cylindrical surfaces and both on the corner edges

so all you have to do is to create frist a ref curve - by selecting surafces to which you want refernce your rib - by Edit>intersect for example with plane and that refer to this curve in rib section

it works in 100%
 
When I make ribs, I always make them in X section, where you should pick for reference "Silh surf". With this reference rib is wery stabile. Problem could be, that sometimes you can't pick "silh: surf" on both sides of X section, but just on one.
