Folks - Turning same features over and over in Pro-NC.
I've tried Ref Pat. - Not an option for turning. Utilities copy feat. new ref's blows me out of Pro. Use "same ref" go back redef, blows me out sometimes. UDF's hit and miss, the surface geom (mfg geom) needs to pre-exist, you can't select curves for stock & profile that already exist in the design model? Subroutines you get one z and x trans.(no patt table like modeling) My geom. isn't 5 features every 3.5" in z direction. The only thing that works for me is creating mapkeys & re-selecting all my geom for each seq. My design models are created with pro-program & family table, so ref patt would be great.
I once read about using Aux seq. and calling subroutines at an common point. This sounds good, where does the sub. comefrom? I'm using wf2.0.
Thanks,
Rodger Christian
