Render problem text on surfacne

Hi when i tried to render this text which on surface as shown in pichttp://img84.imageshack.us/g/unledgf.png/it completely dissapeards . Whats the problem , i dont get any error message.

Pro-edoes not render curves. You need to either extrude the lines and numbers or create a jpg file and map it to the surface to get what you want.
