I came in this morning and a Intralink user presented the strangest thing to me - never seen this one before.
She is trying to take several revisions and versions of a file to the Obsolete release level we have set up but when she grabs any number of items and sets them to Obsolete in the Promote/Demote dialog box and clicks OK and returns to the Locate browser, only one single item has been taken to this Obsolete release level while the rest remain at the release level they were at.
I can duplicate the same behavior on my system and I have full admin rights.
Has anyone seen this before? What is causing it? How can I correct this behavior?
Like I said, first time I've seen this behavior in Intralink in the 6 years I've been using the application.
