Ah, I see now. I thought you meant on the actual revolved surface. It looks like you are adding a "point" to the end of a cylinder? Unfortunately, no, there is nothing in SW that I know of. NX has a "cone" feature like SW's "dome" feature, but that won't help you here.
It looks like your revolve-extrude works fine, are you just looking for a different method?
