Punch problem

I try to create this part (sheetmetal)

I want to create die and punch nearly like this View attachment 1510


to create 4 hole on the sheet. And after that export to a program to run CNC machine( Punch Amada mchine) but I can't, can anyone help me? Thanks alot..

Hi Tuan


What you need to do is create the punch profile in the UDF library.Then use this profile as a tool to stamp the sheetmetal part.Once you are happy with your finished part save it as a step file or whichever file extension your programming software can read.I use Radan( a sheetmetal programming software)I would save the part as a step and import it into Radan 3d as a step,createa dwg and a block or symbol.I would then tool the part for the machineand DNC to the machine controls.Hope this helps
