Is there an error messsage or anything else? I think we would be able to help you better with a bit more information. Let us know:
- your OS
- the version of NX you're using
- whether you are running from a license server or not
- and any error messages you get upon attempting to open a file.
Try updating your NX with the latest patches from Siemens. Even NX 5 has had maintenance releases. It may fix your problem. Also, make sure that your license server is up and running and that you can communicate reliably with it during your sessions.
