ProE doesn’t regenerate toolpaths?

It's me again - you can tell, we're not that busy now,

so I'm using the extra time on my hands trying to get some annoying issues sorted out.

Anyway, here's the problem: an extra cutout has been added to this part. ProMFG regenerates the whole thing without complaining, but my Trajectory that is supposed to chamfer the top edge does not get updated:

No matter how many times I regenerate, it doesn't change. BTW, this Traj. is based on Surface Chain.
However, if I Customize this toolpath all the way down to the Edge Selection menu (without physically selecting or changing anything) and re-accept my original selections, ProE re-defines this toolpath correctly:

This scenario gets really annoying with more complex parts having pages and pages of Sequences because I have to go through each and every one to make sure they're OK.

As usual, any advice is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Pro/E will actually regen everything if you regen the assembly, then go into CL-DATA/OUTPUT, and output an operation or a set to display. Dont forget to check the box [Compute CL].

Why bother with trajectory at all when chamfering? Suppose your job hundreds of cutouts in the top face, it would take all day with trajectory.

Create a volume over the whole job then make it as deep at the chamfer (say 1mm) then trim it to the part. Then create a volume mill sequence and exclude the 4 outer edges (this saves the cutter running around the outside of the volume where there is no material). Next set the parameter to 'profile only'. Then watch it go!
