I have installed PTC Conference Center (again) and after installing Groove I now recieve an error mesage every time I start Outlook stating.. "The add-in "C:\Program files\groove Networks\groove\bin\GROOVEOOM.dll could not be installed or loaded. I was unable to located any such error on the groove website or PTC website. Does anyone have any clues on this one? I'm at a loss. I actually have the file on my system, but even when I place it where it asks for it, it does not work.


Any help anyone can throw my way would greatly appreciated.. Thanx!
